The new G49 MOS in 9mm Luger is engineered for a more versatile role due to its reduced frame dimensions. The compact G19 Gen5 frame – ideally suited for everyday carry – meets the long sight radius of the G47 MOS slide.

The G49 MOS incorporates the features of the GLOCK Gen5 pistol family: The GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) utilizes enhanced barrel rifling for improved accuracy. The removal of the finger grooves and an added ambidextrous slide stop lever deliver improved control and flexibility. The flared magwell makes it easier to funnel the magazine into the magwell, particularly in high-stress situations.
